This week was funny to say the least! I was 129.5 until Wednesday, then by Friday I was 128.5 and then I woke up today to weigh myself and I was 127! I accomplished my first goal weight of passing 128!!!! So here’s my standings:
Starting Weight: 133
Last Sunday: 129.5
Today: 127
Goal Weight 1: 128
Goal Weight 2: 123
Goal Weight 3: 118
Goal Weight 4: 115
I’m so excited I reached 127 this week. I really didn’t work out as much as planned, nor did I eat as well as I should have, but I got more sleep than normal, which I think made a massive difference. This week, I really need to work on keeping under that calorie count.
Wish me luck! Hopefully by the end of this week I will be 125!
